HAT TRICKERS - What do you get when you combine “A Clockwork Orange” by Stanley Kubrick, punk music, and nearly 20 years of dedication? The answer is HAT TRICKERS. They play old school punk music called Oi! punk — quite melodically compared to many other bands in the same genre — with a distinctive 'droog' look inspired by the Kubrick movie. The band is a big name in the underground scene in Japan and have also visited other parts of Asia and Europe several times. In 2010, the band toured Europe as the supporting act of US punk band Misfits, playing in Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Finland and Norway.

KRIEGSHÖG – Paint It Black - 7

Tokyo powerhouse KRIEGSHÖG returns with a two track 7” of distorted hardcore punk perfection. Facing a line up change the band sound was altered slightly after the previous guitarist quit. The new line up may have taken the guitar fuzziness a notch down in favour of a crunchier guitar tone but amped up the songwriting to the next level with a overdose of riffs, attacking each note with the same ferocious venom they have us accustomed to. These two tracks display both sides of KRIEGSHÖG perfectly, a mid tempo bass driven 4 minute banger backed up by a classic destructive sonic jam with the gnarliest punk vocals out there. Quoting the band “Play Loud and DIE!!!” The high contrast black and white of their aesthetic and sound takes a new turn making room for a conceptual record. Housed in a heavy duty PVC pocket sleeve with artwork silkscreened on it the clear vinyl record with pure black and white labels.

Contains 74 Latino punk anthems from the infamous Chicago-based band that broke up after a few years of touring South, Central and North America. Los Crudos (AKA Crudos) is an American hardcore punk band, prominent during the 1990s. Based out of Chicago, Illinois, all four members were Latino, so Los Crudos chose to sing almost all of their songs in Spanish. In addition, the band was extremely political; its lyrics often commented on cultural and socio-economic difficulties inherent in the American way of life. Los Crudos incorporated DIY ethics into every aspect of the band including promoting and organizing shows, producing records, distribution, and so on. This even included tours of Mexico and South America. The band?s recordings appeared on independent record labels such as Flat Earth Records and lead singer Martin Sorrondeguy?s label Lengua Armada Discos. File next to Siege and Infest!
