The Hated was an Annapolis, Maryland emo band from 1985 to 1990. The original members were Mike Bonner, Erik Fisher, Daniel Littleton, and Colin Meeder. The Hated are known as one of the earliest emo bands.
After an early start as a parody of some of the DC hardcore scene's more rockist tendencies, the band's music quickly became more serious, more musically complicated than that of many of their contemporaries and followers, including melodic basslines, vocal harmonies and guitar playing (and tunings) borrowed from folk music, and drumming often more reminiscent of Keith Moon of the Who than most punk and post-punk drumming. The lyrics were complicated as well, occasionally containing biblical allusions or phrases in French and German.

Satan's Rats ‎– You Make Me Sick/Louise

DJM Records  ‎– DJS 10840 -1978

Satan’s Rats were a Punk Band, formed in Evesham,Worcestershire in January 1977, by Steve Eagles and Paul Rencher.
The first live appearance was at Bretforton Village Hall on 4th March, 1977.
Songs like the anthemic Year Of The Rats about the demise of the old fart groups, their appearance at the Birmingham Punk Festival and support to the Sex Pistols at the Roxy soon saw the band build a large following and inevitably drew them to the attention of record labels.
The band disformed in 1979, or actually recruited Wendy Wu as lead singer, and renamed as, The Photos.

Superb all round condition - vinyl and cover both excellent - very slight ringwear on cover - overseas will be shipped by International Signed For mail.

A heavily Damned influenced band, The Screaming Dead came from Cheltenham and were Gothic through and through. Letters to the No Future label were always accompanied by intricate illustrations - the band's presentation was amazing and they certainly lived the part! They released three singles for No Future and two more afterwards before folding in 1987. A retrospective CD album entitled "Bring Out Yer Dead" was released in 1993, and they reformed to release another CD, entitled "Death Rides Out" in 2000, comprising some new versions of their old material as well as some new material. Tony later formed Inkubus Sukkubus, with whom he is still touring and recording.

Superb all round condition - vinyl and cover both excellent - original self released on Skull Records label with wrap-round cover - includes 2 x original gig half ticket stubs - will be shipped by registered post.
