THE BASTARD NOISE 'A CULTURE OF MONSTERS ' CD Experimental / Fusion / Hardcore
THE BASTARD NOISE follows a first quarter 2010 release of 'THE RED LIST' with a full lengh cd. A paramount product of composition, sonic rendering and package, this 2nd volume of BASS/PERCUSION/ELECTRONICS structered work realizes the full true power of 'THE SKULL' as a critical force in contemorary musical expression. Here ERIC WOOD and WT NELSON are joined by original MAN IS THE BASTARD master drummer JOEL CONNELL for what could become the most interesting T.B.N. combination to date. A Culture..spans a wide range of unrelenting, progressive & atmospheric expression without comprising potency of dynamic color. True to the 'skull-tradition' of collaboration T.B.N. enlisted the efforts of many 'trusted -skulls' to complete this cd, mainly NATHAN MARTIN (CREATION IS CRUCIFIXION) who preforms the spoken-word and MIKE REYNOLDS (LACK OF INTEREST) who adds his own mighty vocal havoc. Produced by MICHAEL ROZON (ROGUE ASTRONAUT/RED LIST).
Comes in superb gatefold digi-pack with 12 page booklet.

Crow - Neurotic Organization - 7"
CROW 'NEUROTIC ORGANIZATION' LTD RED VINYL 7"
CROW - NEUROTIC ORGANIZATION" 7" Red Vinyl Re-press limited to 400 only
CHILDREN LOST THE BRIGHT FUTURE/SANCTUARY/DARK,GRIEF ANGER & DARK/DISORGANIZATION.
Dark and bleak hardcore cornered in metallic rock, but thundering with determined intent. Fueled by the upbeat energy of Japanese hardcore, but drawing longer mid tempo compositions of shouted despair, pounded drum beats and screaming guitars influenced by UK bands such as Antisect and Amebix, the EP includes a rollicking cover of Amebix's "No Sanctuary." Crow has been on and off the hardcore scene for almost two decades, with numerous releases in Japan. This was their first US release in 2001, recorded in Oakland at Polymorph Studios and has been out of print for over six years, with cover art and design by Carl Auge of His Hero Is Gone and Drain the Sky. The Cover has been re-worked for this re-release and the EP issued on limited to 400 red vinyl.

Burning Love - Demo - 7" purple vinyl
BURNING LOVE 'DEMO 7" ' UK only release on Transparent Purple Ltd To 250
Track list--LIVES OF THE SAINTS/ALIEN VS CREDITOR/MONEY SHOTS/I DONT LIKE YOU(Battalion of Saints)/BURNING LOVE
THIS IS THE UK ONLY RELEASE ON CLEAR PURPLE VINYL LIMITED TO 250
ALREADY OUT OF PRINT
The first vinyl offering from Toronto’s BURNING LOVE featuring Chris Colohan (CURSED, LEFT FOR DEAD, RUINATION) on vocals. Originally released as a limited cassette demo in 2009, now available on vinyl. Definitely more punk than CURSED but still rooted stoner / doomy metal hardcore. 4 originals and one cover. 2nd 7” and LP coming out soonish on DERANGED and a full USA and Canadian tour later this year. Review from EXCLAIM ‘While the name may deceive, there's no love ― just burning ― on this Toronto, ON-based quintet's energetic and completely grimy debut recording. Comprised of six tracks blasted out in ten minutes, the garage-based endeavour is shockingly debaucherous and unkempt. Essentially comprised of former Cursed vocalist Chris Colohan and Hamilton doom-y hardcore outfit Vatican Chainsaw Massacre, this sinister collaboration spawns a dirtier punk'n'roll-based hardcore outfit than one would anticipate. Their drive elicits comparisons to Disfear, Holland's the Spades, back in their Learnin' The Hard Way era, and of course, Colohan's deep-rooted adoration for Winnipeg, MB's dearly departed Kittens, offering an element of downbeat-heavy tracks bathed in primal angst. Keenly restrained enough to be melodic but still abrasive and loud, Burning Love offer up what's best described as the pelvis-driven distillation of their feeder bands. And that is great but pretty frustrating when such an awesomely primitive, rudimentary style can be so inspiring and brusque yet ephemeral.’
